Jabra wanted to develop their next generation corded headset for the office and call centre market. The goal was to improve on acoustic performance, build quality and comfort. The process initiated several innovative and patented solutions including a 360 degree revolving boom arm, ergonomic T-bar and earhooks. The series features a range of interchangeable wearing styles that the user can choose from, and is available in an extensive range of different models targeted for various applications.
